Directly off the ship. Do not head to the city, do not grab a shuttle bus, Ka Rawe Tours are accredited to collect guests from the port.

Cruise Ship staff have told me that Wellington is a "working port" therefore I am unable to be collected there. Is this correct?

Accepted Answer

Whilst Wellington is a working port, accredited operators are still able to collect guests as soon as the disembark the ship at the port.

What if the ship is running late?

Then Ka Rawe will "pivot" to adapt to the tour start times. In other words, we'll wait at the port for you.

Who do I contact if I'm late to the Tour?

Once your tour starts, it may be difficult to contact you guide as they will already be with guests. Please text +64 277049586 but be patient with a reply.

My guide was due to collect me at 8.45am & its now 8.50am, what should I do?

Don't panic! Our drivers timeliness relies on other guests, traffic etc. etc. Text or whats app +64 277049586 for an update & please be patient with the reply.

Do I have to be super fit to participate?

No you don't but you should be able to navigate some uneven terrain, particularly on the Lord of the Rings Tours.
